The company’s manufacturing facility contains separate areas for product manufacturing, assembly, testing, and Quality Assurance. The ILUMA OrthoCat machines is assembled at the IMTEC Imaging manufacturing facility in Ardmore, Oklahoma. In addition to product assemblers, inspectors, and installation technicians, a full-time computer software programmer works on-site at the manufacturing facility. The software programmer ensures the ILUMA V-Works™, V-Implant™ and ILUMA Vision 3D™ software programs receive updates as new technology becomes available and also provides technical support to sales representatives and clinicians when needed.

Great care is taken in the selection of materials, production methods and packaging of IMTEC Imaging’s OrthoCat, software and associated components. The company’s products are subjected to 100% inspection by highly skilled employees during various stages of production. Strict inspection procedures have been established to ensure all IMTEC Imaging products are in compliance with an array of regulatory standards.
