IMTEC Imaging, LLC will assume all responsibility for ensuring that the ILUMA™ CBCT scanner is maintained to its optimal performance level for the first 12 months. Our certified technicians will come to your office on a scheduled time to perform routine maintenance and replace any worn parts. You, as the customer, will not be financially responsible for any of this maintenance coverage unless negligent damage has been performed to the machine. In addition, hardware and software upgrades will be installed on the machine at no cost to you.
