Tim
Thompson,
HYTEC,
Inc. President and CEO, recently
provided leadership for the
Laser Interferometer Gravity-Wave
Observatory (LIGO) seismic
isolation system development
project. His current focus
is on product development
of advanced concepts for HYTEC.
Mr. Thompson earned a master's
degree in mechanical engineering
from the University of New
Mexico, and has taken courses
in computational analysis
of fluid flow and heat transfer,
vibration control in precision
engineering, test methods
for composite materials, environmental
effects of composite materials,
vacuum technology, and nuclear
safety. He began his career
as a senior mechanical engineer
designing and analyzing high-speed
rotation machinery at Garrett
Turbine Engine Company, where
he gained experience in mechanical
component design, thermal
analysis, compressible flow
analysis, and finite element
and finite difference techniques.
He held various positions
at Los Alamos National Laboratory
(LANL): project engineer,
section leader, deputy group
leader, and group leader in
areas from fabrication of
ultra stable structures to
mechanical engineering. Under
his leadership, the engineering
application design group designed,
analyzed, and constructed
complex mechanical engineering
systems used on national and
international programs.
Mr.
Thompson joined HYTEC in 1996.
His technical specialties
in precision mechanical engineering
design and analysis, coupled
with extensive technical project
management, contributed to
the success of LIGO and other
projects for HYTEC customers.
Mr. Thompson is a member of
the American Society for Precision
Engineering, the American
Society for Mechanical Engineering,
the American Institute of
Aeronautics and Astronautics,
and ASM International. In
1996 he was a finalist for
DISCOVER Magazine's Aerospace
and Aviation Award. In 2004
he was a finalist for Ernst
and Young Entrepreneur of
the Year. He is a certified
Professional Engineer in the
State of New Mexico.
Ronald
A. Bulard, DDS
is the owner of The Dental
Implant Centers located in
Ardmore, Oklahoma and New
York, New York. He has owned
and practiced at his clinic
in Ardmore since 1985 and
has practiced dentistry at
his New York clinic since
1997. Dr. Bulard also serves
as Chairman of the Board of
Directors for IMTEC Corporation
and has served in that capacity
since 1990. He holds Diplomate
status with the International
Congress of Oral Implantologists
and the American Board of
Oral Implantology/Implant
Dentistry. Dr. Bulard is a
Forensic Dental Examiner for
the State of Oklahoma and
is a member of the Oklahoma
and American Dental Associations.
In
1981,Dr.
Bulard
graduated with honors from
Oklahoma State University,
Stillwater, with an undergraduate
degree in Biochemistry. His
dental surgery degree from
the University of Oklahoma
in 1985 was likewise with
honors. He completed post-graduate
training in dental implantology
at the Medical College of
Georgia, Augusta. Dr. Bulard,
who is board-certified in
dental implantology, an author
and holder of numerous patents,
has personally placed over
6,000 dental implants since
receiving his dental licenses
in Oklahoma and New York.
Dr.
Bulard was chosen as one of
eleven outstanding entrepreneurs
in Oklahoma by the State Department
of Commerce in 2002, and locally,
was selected Small Business
Owner of the Year in 2003
by the Ardmore, Oklahoma Chamber
of Commerce. Dr. Bulard is
co-founder of IMTEC Corporation,
a global dental specialty
product manufacturer and marketer
currently doing business in
every state of the union and
eighty-four foreign countries.
IMTEC Corporation recently
was honored by the Oklahoma
Journal Record as Innovator
of the Year in Oklahoma.
James
A. Clark,
IMTEC Corporation's President
and CEO, is a licensed attorney.
He has been affiliated with
IMTEC Corporation since 1990
as General Counsel and Director
and joined the company full
time as its Chief Executive
Officer in 1997. Holder of
degrees in law and business,
Mr. Clark is charged with
the overall responsibility
and coordination of all facets
of the company's operations,
including management, production,
human resources, manufacturing,
quality assurance, sales,
governmental compliance, and
marketing processes. Mr. Clark
is a member of the JADA Industry
Advisory Board. He resides
in Ardmore with his wife,
Cheri, also a licensed attorney.
Nathan
Verner
serves as Vice President and
CFO for IMTEC Corporation and
COO for IMTEC Imaging, LLC.
He is responsible for both company's
domestic and international accounting,
financial administration, tax
related matters and payroll.
Mr. Verner is also responsible
for the coordination of all
facets of IMTEC Imaging's operations.
Mr. Verner holds a Bachelor
of Science in Accounting from
the University of Central Oklahoma
and passed the CPA examination
with the second highest score
in Oklahoma for the spring of
1998 examinees. He is a member
of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants,
Oklahoma Society of Certified
Public Accountants, and South
Central Chapter of CPAs. Before
joining IMTEC Corporation in
1999, Mr. Verner gained extensive
knowledge in accounting and
management while working for
Grant Thornton, LLP as an auditor
and Bridge Information Services,
formerly Dow Jones Markets,
as a financial analyst. Mr.
Verner resides in Ardmore with
his wife, Sharon.
